This University in Ohio has the only bachelor's degree in translation offered in the United States. Students can choose any of the languages of Spanish, French, German, or Russian to translate into English. The course requirements of this unique program include 16 credit hours in Translation, 27 hours in the study of Language and Culture, and 39 hours in a Subject Area specialty of choice. The Subject Area is a double major or dual degree opportunity, demonstrating how the BS offers a deeper knowledge in subjects outside of linguistics.
